PLEASE NOTE THAT PETS MUST NOT BE LEFT IN UNITS UNATTENDED, NOR MUST THEY BE ALLOWED TO ROAM WITHOUT A LEAD OR FOUL THE GROUNDS. IF THESE RULES ARE IGNORED, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK IMMEDIATELY.

Type A caravan - 2 bedroom special (1single/1double) - extra wide kitchen, bedroom, bathroom - all sliding doors. Ramped entrance/ double doors. Suitable for people with some mobility impairment but who are able to leave their wheelchair to walk a short distance . Half bath with shower over. (Approx. size 34ft x 10ft)
Type B caravan - 2 bedroom small standard (Average size 25ft x 10ft)
Type B+ caravan - 2 bedroom standard (Average size 28ft x 10ft)
Type D caravan - 3 bedroom (34ft x 12ft ) DVD player.
Type D+ caravan 3 bedroom (35ft x 12ft). As Type D but PET-FREE all year.
Chalet - 3 bedroom. Price includes DVD player and fridge-freezer
Edgeley - 3 bedroom PET-FREE bungalow 10 mins walk from Northfield. See separate page.
Silver Ridge - as Edgeley - also PET-FREE. See separate page.

ALL UNITS HAVE SHOWER, WC, 4-RING COOKER/OVEN, FRIDGE, COLOUR TV,
ALL BEDDING, INCLUDING SHEETS, ELECTRIC KETTLE AND TOASTER AS STANDARD. ALL PRICES INCLUDE GAS AND ELECTRICITY.
DISCOUNTS: £10 per week off second and subsequent consecutive weeks.

A NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT OF £50 a week for caravans, £60 a week for chalets, £70 a week for Edgeley and Silver Ridge is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday.

All units to be vacated by 10.00 am departure day. Arrivals are from 4.00 pm. ARRIVALS BEFORE 4.00 PM AND AFTER 6.00 PM MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED. NO EARLY ARRIVALS CAN BE GUARANTEED BUT WE WILL DO OUR BEST!
