Park, Edgeley is a
very comfortable, well-equipped three-bedroom bungalow just
a short walk away from Northfield. It is situated in a quiet,
peaceful, residential area at the back of the main Cliff
Road in Upper Borth. For quick access to the beach there
is a private path from the back gate to the cliff top from
where you can see the bay with the North Wales coast in
the distance. A short walk over the top of the cliff brings
you down to Aberwennol Bay, a small, rocky cove - away from
the main beach and ideal for a quiet picnic.
Edgeley has its own secluded, walled back garden and lawn
with a paved patio area and brick-built barbecue. A picnic
table and deck chairs are also provided.
Alongside
the bungalow there is a large lockable garage for your car
with extra space in the driveway for a second car if needed.
The
bungalow is double glazed and centrally heated. It is tastefully
furnished throughout and provides the following accommodation:
A
double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom and a
bedroom with full size bunk beds. All bedding is provided.
A
fully fitted kitchen with larder fridge, washing machine,
upright freezer, dual fuel range cooker, microwave, kettle
and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and vacuum
cleaner.
A
large, airy lounge with a colour TV, DVD player and CD player.
There is a ceiling fan for those hot days and on chilly
evenings you can turn on the central heating.
The
bathroom/WC has a full size bath and separate shower cubicle.
If
you are considering booking Edgeley, the following should
be noted:
Pets
are not allowed in the property at any time.
There
are steps leading up to both front and back entrances.
The
accommodation is let from Saturdayto Saturday.
There
are no short breaks available during July and August.
